RE-CREATING THE TRUMP PEE TAPE

Now for something a little different…

I worked on BBC THREE’s Blindboy Undestroys The World, wrangling footage and setting up for undercover shoots.

One of the most surreal jobs was re-creating the infamous Trump Pee Tape. The goal was to show how easy it was to create fake news. I worked with director Dan Lucchesi to turn an office in a green screen studio and then shot the full video.

I then spent days creating a digital version of the Russian presidential suite.

Not only did it work great on the show, it started making the rounds online and experts had to dissect it to prove it was a fake. It’s the closest making comedy’s come to creating an international incident.
